1) You will need to sign up for an intro class before attending any regular classes.  This will ensure that you get proper instruction to make the most out or your training.  Follow this link to register for your intro class.

2) When you attend your intro class be sure you bring a towel and water or sports drink for hydration.  You will not need any other special equipment for your first class.
